Arts & Culture Engagements
Building an ecosystem
– Tying the Network Together
Arts & culture engagements available through Art Pharmacy encompass a wide range of arts disciplines and are offered by organizations of diverse size and geographic location. Patients may engage in participatory experiences (classes, workshops, community conversations) or receptive experiences (gallery visits, performances, readings, etc.). In order to meet a range of accessibility needs, Art Pharmacy offers a variety of modes of participation (in-person, virtual, via telephone and hybrid). All arts & culture engagements meet set Standards of Care and compliance requirements.
Clinical Support
Building an ecosystem
– Tying the Network Together
Art Pharmacy works directly with clinical care providers (i.e. primary care, behavioral health, etc.) to incorporate Art Pharmacy’s services into the patient care plan. When patients first connect with an Art Pharmacy care navigator, they go through an intake process that builds a patient profile based on their unique clinical, access, and health plan needs. This includes an emotional well-being assessment via the WHO-5. This assessment along with other screening activity is conducted at intake, through the course of care, and at the end of prescription. Referring healthcare providers are provided reports on patient well-being and participation status on a monthly basis.
Access Support
Building an ecosystem
– Tying the Network Together
Art Pharmacy recognizes that often times social determinants and other circumstances are reasons patients cannot access mental health services. In order to increase patient uptake and adherence, we can include transportation assistance, caregiver access and other supportive elements.
